Ko·la·che (kō'lä'chē)
Claimed by the Czechs, these sweet buns are made from yeasted dough and traditionally have a fruit or poppy seed filling. The term klobasnek is derived from the Czech word “klobase” meaning traditional sausage similar to the polish sausage kielbasa.
Our fruit and meat Kolaches have 2/3 less sugar than a donut, and are baked not fried so they are a much healthier alternative to donuts and other pastries. And they are baked fresh daily, every day. Give us a call and have your favorite order waiting. One day advanced notice for large orders is appreciated.
